Refund policy

Because every item is made to order, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind - please check our size guide carefully before ordering. 

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at Conditionedathleticsuk@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. 

Refunds, once approved, are processed back to your original payment methods and may take 5 - 10 business days to appear.
